What more can I do but pray?

First of all the latest on Selah as of last night:
Selah continues to make some movements...however we have been told they are not the kind of movements we should be seeing...it's long and detailed and confusing to explain....however we feel she is reaching out to us. PRAY specifically that her heart rate will come down (still around 150ish for the most part) pray that her blood pressure will NOT go up! She is still in danger of more ...

   brain damage from that. Pray that she will have a gag reflex and that she will respond to pain correctly. She has started responding a little but in a way that leads them to believe she is only responding from her brain stem. She is swollen and has been given drugs to combat that. Today they had to remove a arterial line because there was a blood clot. This has been a long day of many ups & downs... pray for Jon & me....

   Somedays I am just stuck wondering what more can I do for these kids & for my Russia trip? I wonder why people don't get it? will they see the trip as being helpful to a family? Does anyone hear me? I keep having a bad feeling that my little friend Cora Lynne is stuck in a crib all day at 6 years old & that if she has been transferred its not a good place.

   I hate begging & pleading as I know others feel the same way when they are adopting. I know their are so many that are still in need right now but I got to get on the road about this so I can help the family I am traveling with cause they still need LOTS & in order for me to go I need them to also be funded. If I somehow get more funds than I need for the visa, I will donate the extra to my friend & if she gets fully funded then I will help my awesome friend, Christina with her passport costs. I'm thinking about doing an auction but I can't afford shipping costs cause I am saving every $1 for my trip & I don't want to ask any adoptive families for anything since your already saving yourself. I have nothing to offer & if I did I would have to have the winner cover shipping. NOTE-MY AIRFARE & FOOD ARE BEING COVERED BY THE FAMILY SO THAT'S WHY I ONLY NEED TO RAISE THE $300 FOR MY VISA AT MINIMUM. MY PASSPORT I BELIEVE IS ALREADY COVERED. I WILL CONFIRM WHEN I DROP IT OFF AT POST OFFICE.

   Anyway sorry for my rant but I have been trying everything to earn funds, some successful & others being frustrating. 

   Praying, for Gods timing in everything. For the funds I need, for the process to pickup speed for the family (right now all I will say is to keep praying for this for them & for me), & for my nerves that if this happens I will be okay as I have never been to any country outside the USA so it is a little mind racking to picture. Thanks everyone from me to you! I know PRAYER IS POWERFUL IN NUMBERS SO PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS & DON'T FORGET TO PRAY FOR SELAH!
