Loves Greatest Gifts

So as you can tell from the chipin, it went from $210 to $710. I wish I could tell exactally who it was but it was too sweet for words so all I am going to say Love is so precious for words. This person works so hard, & I would love to say to that Person his love made a difference for just this one. So keep sharing about the girls & the Giveaway as you just never know where God & love might lead someone! Hold on Celine, we have now raised a combined $1,038.77 in 2 months for you!

Change drive update

For those just joining or did not know for the months of August & September I launched a change drive event on facebook for Celine. I honestly thought I would raise around the same amount I did when I collected for Quinton back in february but I set a somewhat high goal of $300 & in the end I think it has done more than I ever thought possible! Just myself collecting from friends & family brought in $203.77! Plus when you add the fact that during that time, $210 was raised through the giveaway, & $125 was made at JBF because of all that during 2 months $538.77 has been raised that would not have been there & puts her one step closer to finding a family! Heres just how big of a blessing, one family was excited that they filled this jar up fast. When the Mom of our family friend saw it sitting on their counter asking what it was for then our friend explained the story, in which the mom dropped $5 into the jar. That their is 1 more person who now knows about Reeces Rainbow & Celine just by one person sharing! All it takes is 1 person to share to make a life difference for potentially someones life! It maybe Celine, it may be her future family, you just never know what God could do through YOU.

Dream

We all dream, striving to make those dreams come true. Although dreams don't always come true or the way we want them to we still dream. I wonder if you dream baby girl. I wonder if you dream about the life you want to have, the dream of having a family to love & cherish you for who you are. The dream of being the girl who loves to read, play, & be like any other child living life to the fullest. Dreaming of a whole new world so much different from yours that will give you the best life for you. A dream where, most people with disabilities are told you CAN DO & not you can not do. I dream of a little girl with a whole room of books with a mommy & daddy to love on her & tell her how much Jesus loves her. Will you help both our dreams come true? New goal!

Plain & Simple, a girl waits for her family. Lets see if we can reach $350. No incentive, lets see what love can do for Celine. Giveaway has been extended!!!

Notice on the chipin the end date is different? Because I care for Celine, I extended the Giveaway a whole month in honor of her Birthday. I know some of you are ready to see if you won or not but the point is to bring awareness to her as well so please blog about her, share it on facebook, etc.! If you still want to donate a prize feel free! No better thing I should do than to keep fundraising throughout her Birthday! Her profile has no birthdate but just the month so what better way than to extend it so more people know about her & new donors can contribute if they would like. So pretty please share on your blogs or facebook? My blog really only has 46 followers & the facebook page has 90 likes. I will do anything for both girls! If you would like to donate a prize its not too late! I am always more than willing to add more for incentive goals. Celine, if only you knew how much we love you & want you to find a family. $210 has been raised thus far in the Giveaway! A lifetime ago, I thought I never make a Giveaway possible as I don't have a job & I could not afford to offer some big electronic item but I sent out a plea asking for items & the response has been amazing! You have so many "fans" that love you & only want whats best for you. I love you so much & wish I could be in your mom but I am too young. I wish their was a way for you to join my family but thats not possible so I am doing all I can to support your future family. Even if its a family that is as far away from me as possible I will still be happy you found a family.

Girl Friends

God has provided me with the Greatest gifts in life, Girl Friends. They are their to pick you up when you fall & when you need a shoulder to cry on they are there for you. They have been some of the greatest friends I could ever ask for. Just looking back 6 years ago when we moved here I thought I never would have friends & wow if God could have shown me then what I know now I would have trusted him more. Right now in my life I am thinking about new adventures with possibly writing a book & getting it published about my journey as a sibling and have recently discovered something I believe God wants me to do with my life. I have recieved nothing but support & encouragement from my friends. I love my friends, & have been quite encouraged by my Reeces Rainbow friends that I would have never known had it not been for our move here in CA. So I dedicate this post to all my sweet girlfriends whether I have met you in person (i hope my book will bring opportunity to meet more of you RR friends!) or not know that ALL OF YOU mean a great deal to me! I have learned so much about the adoption world from all my adoptive mom friends & I hope someday I can join that club. Several come to mind, but I want to take this moment to thank all the young adult/teen advocates that are with me til every orphan is home that have encouraged me admist their own efforts. I also want to thank Christina Scott, I know that as soon as you got hooked you would be loving these kids like crazy! You have been so encouraging, & supportive. I hope to Return the favor whether if you adopt or have a child someday I will be there to support you!
Rochelle Wilson, I know I got you hooked for life advocating for these kids. You also have been so encouraging & supportive. You have shared nothing but kindness to me since I met you at the airport right before leaving for Barnabas.

Carol-You have also been such a great friend, & I am so glad you adopted my buddy Quinton. I hope that soon I can come meet the person who made my 1st dream as a warrior come true & love on that little boy who my heart fell in love with almost a year ago.
